Earlier, Monroe worked at Itiviti, now part of Broadridge. He led Americas operations and drove regional growth strategies. In addition, he held senior leadership roles at SunGard and FIS. At FIS, Monroe served as SVP and Head of Sales for Trading and Risk Solutions. He focused on revenue growth and client relationships. Monroe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University at Albany. He graduated Summa Cum Laude.
