Seismic just rolled out a major expansion to its digital ecosystem by introducing nine new and updated Aura Agents. Debuting in the Spring 2026 Product Release, these corporate tools help revenue teams smooth out daily operational workflows. Alongside the tech upgrade, the enterprise enablement leader hired two prominent executive leaders to help guide its next phase of market growth.
Many corporate sales departments face the same stubborn headaches, like disconnected software platforms and time-consuming manual entry. In fact, recent research from Seismic shows that over half of surveyed professionals run into poor integration issues. The new corporate assistants tackle these daily inefficiencies across sales and marketing teams.
To make things easier, the platform categorizes these specialized assistants into distinct functional groups. Strategy and enablement teams get access to the Analytics Agent, Program Agent, Page Agent, Lesson Agent, and Admin Agent. Meanwhile, frontline sales reps can leverage the Meeting Agent, Presentation Agent, Role-play Agent, and Search Agent to prepare for buyer meetings.
Upgrading Conversational Revenue Workspaces
Early customer data shows that corporate adoption is moving fast. Right now, 248 organizations utilize the core platform engine. During one initial rollout, users completed over 1,000 interactive role-play practice sessions within the first few weeks. This update also scales up Aura Chat, giving teams a full-screen conversational interface for daily task execution.
“Our customers’ needs are evolving faster than a seasonal release model can support. This release marks our final seasonal launch as we move toward a more continuous innovation cadence. As we accelerate how we deliver innovation, Rob and Kimberly bring the marketing and people leadership needed to support customers and teams through Seismic’s next chapter of growth,” said Rob Tarkoff, Chief Executive Officer, Seismic.
To manage this operational shift, Rob Pinkerton joins the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Pinkerton previously directed product strategy at Oracle and led global brand efforts at Morningstar. Concurrently, Kimberly Schultz steps in as Chief Human Resources Officer following her corporate development integration role at Amazon. Both new executives report directly to the chief executive.
