Cyara, the AI trust company for customer experience, has appointed Ben Corser as General Manager and SVP, Go-to-Market for Asia-Pacific (APAC). The appointment strengthens Cyara APAC leadership across one of its most important growth markets. It also highlights the company’s continued investment in Australia and the wider APAC region.
Cyara serves several major organizations across Australia. Its customers include two of the Big Four banks and two national mobile network operators. The company also supports Australia’s largest supermarket retailer. Therefore, Corser’s appointment brings dedicated leadership to support growing regional demand. His role will focus on go-to-market strategy, customer relationships, partnerships, and regional expansion.
“Australia is where Cyara began, and it remains an incredibly important market for our business. We see a significant opportunity to deepen our investment here and across APAC as enterprises rethink how they deploy and govern AI in customer-facing environments,” said Sushil Kumar, CEO of Cyara. “Ben brings the regional experience, customer focus and go-to-market leadership we need for this next chapter. His appointment is an important step in strengthening our relationships with customers and partners and expanding Cyara’s presence across the region.”
Ben Corser Brings APAC Technology Experience
Corser brings extensive experience across cloud, software, and go-to-market organizations in Asia-Pacific. Most recently, he served in a senior role at NiCE. Previously, he held leadership positions at several global technology companies. His experience includes Matterport, SAP, EMC, Nokia, and Microsoft.
Throughout his career, Corser has built high-performing teams across the technology sector. He has also developed strategic partner ecosystems across APAC. In addition, he has led growth and transformation initiatives for enterprise technology businesses. These experiences position him to support Cyara’s next phase of regional expansion.
“Enterprises across APAC are moving quickly to put AI into real customer interactions, but scaling that technology requires more than innovation – it requires trust,” said Ben Corser, General Manager and SVP, Go-to-Market for APAC at Cyara. “Cyara has a unique opportunity to help organizations prove their AI agents and customer journeys are ready for the real world. I’m excited to build on Cyara’s roots in Australia, work even more closely with our customers and partners, and expand the company’s impact throughout APAC.”
Corser joins Cyara at an important point in its regional growth strategy. The company continues to address enterprise demand for reliable AI-driven customer experiences.
Cyara Highlights AI Trust at Melbourne Summit
Corser will join Cyara ahead of the Cyara Agentic CX Summit in Melbourne on Sept. 8. The event will bring together CX leaders, customers, and partners from across the region. During the Summit, Sushil Kumar will discuss the growing importance of trust in enterprise AI adoption. He will explain why capability alone may not be enough for organizations.
More and more enterprises want to take AI agents out of pilot programs and into production. But they also need confidence in how those agents will behave when they’re interacting with customers. Cyara’s Chief Product Officer, Amitha Pulijala, will also take the stage to reveal innovations in Cyara’s Agentic Platform. The presentation will look at AI agent behavior and end-to-end customer journeys. The platform enables companies to evaluate AI agents prior to their deployment. It also provides transparency into quality and compliance once agents are brought onboard.
Attendees will also get to see a live demo of Cyara AI Trust Observability. The demonstration illustrates how companies can go beyond basic availability monitoring. Instead, organizations can routinely check that AI agents are doing what they are supposed to do. This approach enables improved AI governance and assurance of customer experience. Cyara continues APAC engagement at Genesys Xperience APAC in Sydney. The event takes place November 11-12.
There, Cyara will review AI-powered customer interactions and enterprise customer results. The company will examine how organizations can maintain customer trust in a world where AI agents become more autonomous. With the increase of AI adoption, interactions with customers may become less and less deterministic. This means that businesses require better ways to monitor the AI behavior and keep the standards of customer experience.
Through client engagement, industry events and regional partnerships, Cyara APAC will continue to focus on these priorities. The company’s latest leadership appointment also bolsters its strategy for long-term growth throughout Asia-Pacific.
