The company now supports more than 100,000 real estate agents across nearly 20,000 brands and businesses. In many markets, real estate agents using the Presence Platform grow faster than competitors. Luxury Presence continued growing during a period of strong product expansion. Earlier this year, the company secured a $37 million funding round. Bessemer Venture Partners led the investment for the third time. Soon after, Luxury Presence launched its updated Presence Platform. The AI growth platform now brings several business functions into one system. As a result, real estate technology continues to improve for agents and brokerages.
Luxury Presence Expands AI and Real Estate Technology
Luxury Presence also expanded product and engineering teams in 2025. The company increased AI investments and improved product delivery speed. It plans to invest more than $10 million into AI real estate solutions next year. In addition, the proptech platform continues helping real estate agents manage business growth with smarter tools and data support.
