Attention has secured $30 million in Series B funding to strengthen its AI-Powered Revenue Operations platform and accelerate enterprise expansion. RTP Global led the funding round. Existing investors Aglaé Ventures, Eniac, and Alven also participated. In addition, Linea joined the round as a new investor. Several angel investors from Attention’s customer base also contributed to the investment.
The company plans to use the funding to expand its agentic capabilities and further develop its AI System for enterprise revenue organizations. Through its AI-Powered Revenue Operations strategy, Attention helps sales teams automate critical tasks and improve execution across the revenue cycle.
Unlike many sales AI tools that only observe conversations, Attention performs actions after customer interactions. The platform drafts follow-up communications, updates CRM records, and executes recommended next steps. This AI System creates a closed feedback loop that helps organizations measure real business impact.
Attention now executes more than 20 million agent actions every month. Moreover, the company reported a fourfold increase in annual recurring revenue year over year. Average contract value has also increased tenfold during the last two years. Today, Attention serves more than 500 customers, including Abridge, Scale, Lovable, Preply, and BambooHR.
Earlier this month, co-founder and CEO Anis Bennaceur released an open-source version of the company’s technology on LinkedIn. The post generated more than 500 comments from professionals requesting access. Consequently, the response highlighted growing demand for platforms that take action rather than simply record sales conversations.
Customers Report Measurable Revenue Impact
Customers continue to report strong business results after implementing the platform. Abridge credited Attention with improving coaching efficiency by five times while supporting fourfold sales growth. Additionally, Unify improved its win rate by 40 percent. These results demonstrate the growing value of AI-Powered Revenue Operations in modern revenue organizations.
“Attention serves as a fundamental operating layer across our go-to-market. It’s one of those win-win-win solutions a win for the rep, a win for the company, and a win for managers. The ability to customize prompts and workflows has been a game changer for our forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene.” Jeremy von Halle, VP of Revenue Operations, Abridge
The company believes action-based AI creates stronger business outcomes because teams can track the direct impact of every workflow and recommendation.
“The simplest way I describe Attention is that we automate smarter work for sales teams over time. Most software in this space watches the call and writes up what happened. We take the next best action, and because we take it, we can see what actually worked and didn’t, and get smarter every time we do.” Anis Bennaceur, co-founder and CEO, Attention
Attention will use the new funding to develop an autonomous action engine. The technology will identify high-impact opportunities, rank actions by revenue potential, and execute approved workflows. The AI System will learn continuously from outcomes to improve future recommendations.
Started by Anis Bennaceur and Matthias Wickenburg in 2021, Attention has been growing the capability of their AI-Powered Revenue Operations. In addition to this, Attention is developing its AI system for automating revenue workflows and making better decisions. The round of funding has also been invested by angel investors of Preply, Pavilion, Engine, Abridge, and Scale AI.
