Gong, Inc. (NYSE: GONG), the revenue AI company, announced today that it has been positioned by Gartner ® as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Action Orchestration (RAO). Gong is among the few companies positioned in the Leaders quadrant for two consecutive years. Only four of the 13 companies included in the report were placed in the ‘Leader’ category. Gong ranked highest in the ability to execute and furthest on the vision completeness for the RAO category.
According to the report, “RAO serves as the primary system of seller action and a single source of truth for sales interactions.” Gong believes this recognition reflects the capabilities of its Revenue AI platform. The platform brings together the Gong Revenue Graph, specialized AI agents, and purpose-built applications.
“Revenue teams can manage multiple key activities in one system this way.” Activities include prospecting, deal execution, sales forecasting, coaching, and other revenue ops. Gong’s goal is to tie these workflows together so that they can help businesses transform sales insights into meaningful actions and measurable results.
The platform also supports sales teams through the revenue cycle. AI-driven insights enable teams to understand customer interactions and identify opportunities. They also can enhance sales execution and make better decisions. This helps organizations to strengthen their revenue processes and drive more consistent sales performance.
Amit Bendov, Co-Founder and CEO of Gong, stressed the company’s commitment to the Revenue AI category.
“Gong created the Revenue AI category, we’re leading it, and we’re committed to leading it for years to come,” said Amit Bendov, co-founder and CEO of Gong. “We’re focused on helping revenue teams move from insight to action to results, at scale. Being named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration for the second consecutive year reflects that commitment and the outcomes our customers drive with Revenue AI”
Gong Leadership Reflects Its Revenue AI Strategy
The recognition also highlights the results reported by Gong’s customer base. The company serves more than 5,000 customers across different industries. Gong believes their reported business outcomes demonstrate the practical value of its Revenue AI platform.
In addition, the company focuses on driving revenue teams’ productivity and sales effectiveness through its technology that combines customer interaction data with AI-powered recommendations and applications. Thus, salespeople can capitalize on opportunities, prioritize tasks, and close more deals.
Customers Report Improvements in Sales Performance

Also, Cisco saw an increase of 32 percent in deals’ size. As for AT&T Business, it improved its reps’ productivity by 54 percent. Finally, Experian also announced an impressive rise in win rates of 25 percent.
The examples show how companies managed to benefit from using sales technology with artificial intelligence. In particular, sales representatives received insights in order to identify the most effective methods and improve several areas of the process. They could maximize the value of each deal, optimize the work of reps, and become more productive. At the same time, revenue operations professionals got the possibility to analyze the most relevant opportunities to scale, focus on selling, and support leaders in terms of pipelines, guidance, and playbooks. It is important to note that results may vary from one organization to another depending on its processes and practices.
