Asurion named Kausik Rajgopal as its new President and Chief Revenue Officer, effective June 22, 2026. Rajgopal will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Guru Gowrappan to oversee the global revenue organization. Crucially, this leadership choice supports enterprise scaling across the connected technology ecosystem within the modern home.
Retail tech partnerships face distinct pressures as digital household ecosystems expand. Asurion addresses these challenges by scale-testing support capabilities across connected devices and major appliances. Notably, the business currently operates as an enterprise tech partner serving over 100 clients.
Rajgopal will manage global revenue strategy by deepening engagement with existing mobile and retail partners. Additionally, the executive will expand the commercial presence into entirely new corporate partners and adjacent vertical markets.
