cBrain upgrades its 2026 revenue and earnings guidance. The company reports strong business development through the third quarter and into the fourth quarter of 2026. This momentum bears out the return to growth seen in the half-year results. It also paves the way for a faster acceleration for the latter half of the year.
Based on this positive trend cBrain now forecasts revenue growth of 19-27% in H2 2026. This is compared with the corresponding period last year. But the timing of deliveries and related revenue recognition will make the difference.
cBrain grew 6% in the first half of 2026. Following the strong third quarter, the company therefore lifts its full-year revenue growth expectation from 10-15% to 12-16%. As a result, cBrain also raises its earnings before tax (EBT) margin outlook from 22-26% to 24-27%.
Positive Momentum Across Key Markets
Rising customer activity supports the improved outlook. In addition, new orders keep arriving from both domestic and international markets. In Denmark, cBrain continues to see a solid inflow of new orders. Furthermore, the company recently announced a strategic partnership with Djoef, one of Denmark’s largest trade unions.
cBrain upgrades has recently signed a multi-year framework agreement with the German pension insurance institution Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund regarding the further support of the configuration of its F2 based digital audit case management solution. Germany is cBrain’s biggest market abroad.
The company also announced its first contract with the State of California in August, an important milestone in the expansion into the U.S. government market. The first deliveries are planned for November.
This week, cBrain upgrades also announced an agreement with the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Under the deal, the company will deliver an F2-based platform. The platform supports international tax compliance and information exchange.
Stronger Order Pipeline Builds the Base for 2027
Together, these developments show continued progress across all markets. They also support the growth of a stronger international order pipeline for the company.
Individually, none of the new deals announced will have a big impact on 2026 revenues, but they are still important. Each one contributes to overall business development. This supports a more robust activity in the second half of the year.” Finally, they provide cBrain a solid foundation to continue to grow in 2027.
