Mitek Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MITK) announced the key executive appointment of Aaron Seyler as Chief Revenue Officer to lead its global go-to-market strategy.
Seyler steps into the position of Chief Revenue Officer with effective action starting August 17, 2026. He will direct all revenue generation, partner sales channels, and international customer onboarding motions.
Before joining Mitek, Seyler served as Chief Revenue Officer at Vonage, an Ericsson company. At Vonage, he successfully scaled API-based software operations across 17 distinct international markets. Before that role, he led global commercial teams at Telesign. He expanded Telesign enterprise revenue from $200 million to over $600 million rapidly.
Executive Vision and Growth Strategy
Mitek unifies its sales and market functions under one leader to increase operational alignment and revenue performance. CEO Edward H. West highlighted Seyler’s proven track record across enterprise software, digital identity, and fraud management platforms.
“We are pleased to welcome Aaron to Mitek. Unifying our go-to-market functions under a single CRO creates greater alignment and accountability for growth. Aaron has a strong track record of driving revenue growth at global enterprise software businesses, including in digital identity and fraud, and we believe he is the right leader to drive the next phase of our growth,” said Edward H. West, Chief Executive Officer of Mitek.
“I have spent my career scaling enterprise revenue for software platform businesses, including in digital fraud and identity, and what stands out about Mitek is the trust it has earned with many of the world’s largest institutions, the banks and enterprises where protecting identity and assets is mission critical. That trust, together with the technology, data, and services ecosystem beneath it, is difficult to build and difficult to replicate. I am excited to bring our go-to-market teams together and, alongside our partners, help more of these institutions put Mitek’s capabilities to work against the growing threat of digital and AI-driven fraud,” said Aaron Seyler, Chief Revenue Officer of Mitek.
Executive Compensation and Inducement Grant Details
In conjunction with appointing Seyler as Chief Revenue Officer, Mitek’s Board approved targeted equity inducement awards. The total package holds an aggregate grant date fair value of approximately $2,500,000.
The equity award comprises 67,459 performance-based vesting restricted stock units (PSUs) tied to Russell 2000 Index benchmarks. It also includes 67,459 service-based restricted stock units (RSUs) vesting over four equal annual installments.
Mitek issued these inducement grants under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4) outside its Second Amended and Restated 2020 Plan. Mitek continues expanding its digital identity verification solutions to secure global enterprise transactions against modern AI fraud risks.
