UKG announced an important update to its executive leadership team this week. Rod Johnson joined the corporate group as Chief Revenue Officer on June 1, 2026. In this position, Johnson reports directly to UKG Chief Executive Officer Jennifer Morgan. He takes responsibility for leading the global revenue organization at the firm.
The business operates an AI-first Workforce Operating Platform for HR, payroll, and workforce management. Currently, 80,000 organizations across 150 countries utilize this technology. The new Chief Revenue Officer will focus on accelerating client adoption of this platform. He aims to expand market leadership across businesses of all sizes.

The incoming Chief Revenue Officer offers extensive experience scaling enterprise software operations. Most recently, Johnson worked at Oracle as executive vice president of North America Applications. He managed a massive enterprise SaaS portfolio there. Additionally, Johnson previously served as the chief revenue officer at Infor.
The vendor possesses 50 years of workforce intelligence. Today, tens of millions of employees use the system daily. Johnson plans to utilize these distinct advantages to increase global market share.
