Clari + Salesloft recently appointed Brian Benfer as Chief Revenue Officer and Rajesh Krishnaswami as Chief Technology Officer to scale its revenue execution capabilities. These leadership moves aim to strengthen the core engine driving company growth while advancing the underlying AI platform. As the business shifts from integration to global scaling, it is doubling down on its Predictive Revenue System. This unified AI approach gathers fragmented data to provide real-time insights and automated workflows across every revenue process.
“Brian has been on the front lines running revenue in the same conditions our customers face every day: complex, competitive, and under pressure to deliver,” said Steve Cox, Chief Executive Officer of Clari + Salesloft. “Rajesh brings the engineering discipline to match, building AI-driven platforms that scale and stay anchored in real business outcomes. Together, they connect how we go to market with how we build, turning insight into action and strengthening the entire system.”
Strengthening the Predictive Revenue System
Brian Benfer joins the team from Brightly Software to lead the global revenue organization across sales and partnerships. He will focus on building a consistent and repeatable global revenue motion by working closely with customer success teams. Benfer previously helped Brightly navigate multiple acquisitions and expand its reach across APAC, EMEA, and India. Since he was once a customer himself, he brings a unique perspective on how enterprise teams use the platform to hit their numbers.
“As a longtime customer, I’ve seen what this platform can do when you’re responsible for the number,” said Brian Benfer, CRO of Clari + Salesloft. “Revenue is the lifeblood of every business, but most teams are still trying to run it without a clear, consistent way to execute. When you get that right, you don’t just improve performance, you change what the business is capable of. That’s the opportunity here, and it doesn’t exist anywhere else in this market.”
Rajesh Krishnaswami will now lead global engineering as the new CTO to speed up the AI-native roadmap. He has over 30 years of experience from major roles at SAP, Oracle, and most recently as CTO at Globalli. His new mission involves expanding how revenue data is activated across systems and workflows in real time. This technical leadership ensures the platform stays stable and fast across millions of users and complex enterprise environments.
“What drew me to Clari + Salesloft is the combination of real scale and a strong foundation already in place. Building AI-native platforms that perform across millions of users, multiple countries, and complex enterprise environments is the work I’ve spent my career on,” said Rajesh Krishnaswami, CTO of Clari + Salesloft. “The opportunity here is to take that foundation further, connect more of the signals that drive revenue, and turn them into systems teams can rely on every day to run the business.”
