Swayable Names Jenny Wall Chief Growth Officer and Brian Lawrence Chief Revenue Officer Amid AI Shift

Swayable

Swayable, the causal AI platform for creative effectiveness, has announced two senior leadership appointments. The company named Jenny Wall as Chief Growth Officer and Brian Lawrence as Chief Revenue Officer.

The appointments come as brands seek stronger ways to measure creative performance. They also reflect Swayable’s focus on helping marketers understand campaign impact before launch.

“Jenny and Brian bring exactly the caliber of leadership Swayable needs as we continue to scale,” said James Slezak, CEO and Founder of Swayable.

Swayable is entering a new stage of growth with the appointments. The company initially gained adoption among data-focused marketing and campaign teams. Now, it aims to reach marketers responsible for creative decisions, media spending, and business results. Wall adds extensive marketing leadership to the executive team. Lawrence brings significant commercial and revenue experience to the business.

Meanwhile, Founder and CEO James Slezak continues to provide scientific expertise. Together, the leadership team combines science, brand strategy, and business growth. This combination supports Swayable’s goal of making creative effectiveness metrics an industry standard.

Swayable Expands Creative Measurement for Brands

Swayable is the tool of choice for marketing teams at top global companies to measure creative performance. Its customers include Airbnb, Amazon, DoorDash, Influential and JPMorgan Chase. The platform is also used by L.L. Bean, Meta, The New York Times and PetSmart. Leading frontier LLM labs also use Swayable to assess creative impact. The company generates over $20 million in annual recurring revenue. Meanwhile, brand revenues are also up around 60 percent year over year.

Since 2023, Swayable has deployed more than $50 million into its AI-native platform. Those investments have been paid solely out of customer revenues. Meanwhile, generative AI is continuing to drive creative output. Today, marketers can develop more concepts and assets, and do so more rapidly. But more production presents a new problem for marketing teams. Marketers have to see which ideas can move consumers before the big spending begins.

Swayable is the solution to the causal evidence problem. Its platform helps marketers measure how creative impacts brand perception, purchase intent and consideration. That gives brands the opportunity to try creative ideas before they invest heavily in production and media.

Helping Marketers Get More Accountability

AI is speeding up how marketing teams produce creative content. At the same time companies are under growing pressure to justify their marketing spend. This means brands need reliable ways to find good creative ideas. Swayable offers causal evidence from experiments on its AI-native platform. The technology allows marketers to assess creative concepts, messaging and campaigns. It also provides stronger support for teams in their creative and media decisions.

Wall and Lawrence will help expand access to these capabilities. Their appointments bring marketing, commercial, and scientific expertise together. This combination supports the growing role of creative effectiveness across modern marketing organizations. It also moves measurement beyond specialist research teams. Wall brings more than three decades of marketing and content strategy experience. She has worked with major media and technology companies throughout her career.

She previously led marketing at Hulu, Gimlet, Nickelodeon, and VideoAmp. Spotify later acquired Gimlet. Wall also held senior creative and marketing positions at Netflix, HBO, and DDB Needham. Her career includes marketing strategies for several culturally recognized titles.

Those titles include The Handmaid’s Tale, House of Cards, and Orange Is the New Black.

“Marketers are being asked to do more with less, and I’ve been on the other side of that table accountable to CFOs and boards for proving what marketing actually delivered,” said Wall. “I’ve also spent my career at companies that were ahead of the curve in reshaping their industries, and I see that same opportunity here. Swayable gives brands proof of what works—and I’m excited to help marketers turn that evidence into growth.”

Brian Lawrence Brings Enterprise Revenue Experience

Lawrence brings more than 20 years of experience across high-growth technology companies. His background includes sales, customer success, partnerships, and solutions engineering. He has held leadership roles at HelloSign, airSlate, Clazar, and Webmetrics. Dropbox later acquired HelloSign, while NeuStar acquired Webmetrics.

Lawrence began his enterprise software career at Oracle. He also holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. His experience will support Swayable’s commercial expansion. He will focus on helping more marketers adopt the company’s technology.

“Swayable solves one of marketing’s oldest unsolved problems: knowing which half of your budget is working before you spend it,” said Lawrence. “Brands need evidence of what will actually move consumers, not just more data after the fact. I’m excited to help bring that capability to more marketers.”

The appointment comes as marketers demand clearer evidence from their investments. It also highlights the growing importance of creative measurement within marketing technology.

Leadership Aligned With Modern Marketing Needs

Swayable sees Wall and Lawrence as important additions to its growth strategy. Their combined experience supports the company’s broader expansion among marketers.

“Jenny and Brian bring exactly the caliber of leadership Swayable needs as we continue to scale,” said James Slezak, CEO and Founder of Swayable. “Jenny has repeatedly led marketing organizations through industry-defining shifts, and Brian has built go-to-market engines that help customers adopt new technology with confidence. Together, they are exactly the leaders we need as we continue scaling adoption to serve the growing community of marketers who recognize that they need to know—with real causal evidence which stories will truly move people.”

The leadership structure brings three complementary areas of expertise together. Slezak contributes scientific rigor through his role as founder. Wall adds experience in brand marketing and audience engagement. Lawrence contributes a strong record in enterprise sales and commercial growth. Together, the executives will support Swayable’s next phase of expansion. The company aims to move causal creative measurement beyond early adoption.

The changing demands in the field of contemporary marketing are being addressed by Swayable simultaneously. The use of Generative AI has increased creativity for brands and agencies alike. This change means that effective creative assessment is more essential than before. Marketers require information that will enable them to tell which ideas can be effective in impacting the audience.

This approach Swayable has adopted means that the company will evaluate impacts beforehand. Therefore, the results can be used for the promotion of the creativity. Everything says that the new appointments at the company highlight the newly adopted corporate strategy. Thus, the two executives will facilitate the Swayable promotion in the marketing and commercial sectors. To put it simply, Swayable has gathered together the scientists, marketing experts, and revenue specialists in order to kick off the development process of the company.
