Before joining Swap, Douroux spent nearly nine years at Workday. He joined the leadership team during a significant period of company expansion. During his tenure, Workday grew from about $1.5 billion to nearly $10 billion in revenue. Most recently, Douroux served as Group Vice President of Field Operations for EMEA. In that position, he managed regional strategy, planning, and market expansion. He also oversaw infrastructure supporting the region’s revenue organization.
Previously, Douroux led go-to-market and sales operations for Workday’s Western U.S. business. He also served as GVP Sales for North Europe and Emerging Markets. Additionally, he held the role of General Manager for UK & Ireland. Earlier in his career, Douroux worked at Anaplan during its rapid expansion. He joined Anaplan among its first few hundred employees. He also began his career in leadership positions at Oracle and SAP. His early roles covered markets across North America and Latin America.
