Responsive Empowers Revenue Teams in ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude with Spring 2026 Release

Revenue Teams

Responsive just launched its Spring 2026 Release to support revenue teams working directly within ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. This update plugs the Responsive platform into these AI workflows using a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Gartner research suggests that by 2027, 80% of AI agent interactions with SaaS apps will happen via these hosted MCP servers. That represents an enormous leap from under 5% in 2025. With Responsive, field teams have immediate access to verified information, which allows them to maintain consistency and close sales much more quickly.

Smart Integration Through the MCP Server

With the MCP connection in place, sales and marketing professionals have access to a database of pre-screened content on company information through their AI messaging system without having to exit it. This link ensures that the AI responses are always factual and based on officially endorsed enterprise data. Consequently, firms can scale up their AI applications without any worry of exposing themselves to huge risks when communicating with customers through inaccurate data

“The Responsive connector to ChatGPT is a game-changer for our team. By bringing vetted, trusted content from our Responsive library directly into the tools we already use every day, we can move faster while having confidence that responses are accurate, consistent, and grounded in approved company knowledge,” said Bernadette Guthrie, Global Director, Proposal Operations at Agiloft.

Modern revenue teams also have to provide precise answers inside various customer portals. The Spring 2026 Release adds Portal Automation to help teams breeze through tricky security and proposal questionnaires. This tool works in browsers like Chrome and Microsoft Edge while sending every answer back to external systems. The feature is currently in beta and supports popular platforms like Whistic, OneTrust, Coupa, and Venminder.

“Revenue teams are moving to an AI-first way of working, where agents in Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude are becoming the interface for how deals get done. We’re building Responsive to operate natively within those environments, with revenue workflows available wherever sellers are working,” said AJ Sunder, co-founder and chief product officer at Responsive.

This release also helps leaders make better choices by putting pursuit intelligence right where people work. By building proven workflows into AI tools, Responsive makes sure every single customer interaction is high-quality and easy to track. This end-to-end strategy helps companies meet the modern buyer’s demand for both speed and extreme precision.
