Chief Revenue Officer appointment marks a key step as Findd strengthens its go-to-market strategy. Findd seeks to expand its footprint in the workforce management market.
Findd appoints Dan Shaw as Chief Revenue Officer. He will be heading the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments. In addition, he will manage Professional Services as demand grows.
The company focuses on frontline workforce management through an AI-native platform. It helps with hiring, scheduling, and payroll processing. Furthermore, the AI agent layer, known as DiDi, performs various tasks within workflows.
“Frontline workers are roughly 80% of the global workforce, but the software economy has largely passed them by,” said Tom Loveland, Co-founder of Findd. “We’ve spent the better part of a decade building a platform these operators genuinely rely on. One that manages the full lifecycle of a frontline employee, with a proprietary AI agent layer in DiDi that executes real work rather than just answering questions. As software goes headless and natural language replaces the software interface, the value shifts to the proprietary data, compliance logic, and execution underneath – and that’s where DiDi operates. And with Dan leading go-to-market, we can put that advantage in front of the market at scale.”
“The opportunity now is to scale go-to-market and get our platform in front of the thousands of operators still running complex labor and compliance in spreadsheets,” said Ryan Johnson, Co-founder of Findd. “Dan is the leader who does that. He’s built and scaled revenue engines from the ground up and knows how to sell multi-product value into complex buyers.”
Strategic Expansion Backed by Investment
In line with this leadership development, Findd has received an investment worth $21 million from Unbundled Capital. Consequently, Findd is positioning itself in both facility services and contractor industries. Dan Shaw has extensive knowledge and skills for growing B2B SaaS revenue operations. In general, Findd intends to build up its market position with this new leadership hire.
“Having worked alongside Dan before, we know exactly what he brings: discipline, urgency, and the ability to build a revenue organization that scales,” said Shane Skiffington, Executive Chairman of Findd and Partner at Unbundled Capital. “Findd has a rare, AI-native platform in a large and underserved market, and Dan is the right revenue leader to turn that advantage into category leadership.”
“I’ve spent my career building go-to-market organizations, and it’s rare to find a platform this differentiated, including an AI layer like DiDi that actually executes work, paired with a market this large and underserved,” said Dan Shaw, Chief Revenue Officer of Findd. “The product has more than earned the right to scale, and I’m here to help build the organization that gets it there.”
