Claritas Rx announced multiple key appointments to advance corporate scaling efforts. This strategic leadership expansion introduces Keith Pensabene as Chief Revenue Officer. Pensabene brings more than 25 years of executive sales experience across life sciences and software sectors. He previously held senior leadership roles at Blue Mountain, STARLIMS, IQVIA, Pilgrim Quality Solutions, and Accenture. Pensabene also holds a BA in Management from Gettysburg College.

Additionally, the firm promoted Meghna Misra to Vice President, Product. Misra previously contributed to developing the Ascend platform for the organization. Her career includes senior product leadership roles at Microsoft, Intuit, Netsmart, and Pure Storage. She holds engineering degrees from the National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur, and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

The corporate updates also include the internal promotion of Shelly Howard. Howard now serves as Vice President, Customer Operations. She possesses more than 25 years of experience in biotech and pharma commercial operations. Her professional background includes leadership roles at Merck and Sanofi. Furthermore, she spent 15 years at Genentech leading commercial data strategy.
