Boost Run Non-Dilutive Financing Fuels Backlog Conversion to Recurring Revenue as New Deployments Go Live

Boost Run non-dilutive financing

Boost Run, Inc. today updated investors on its contracted backlog. The Company continues to convert that backlog into recurring revenue. It has also delivered the first project phase to a leading AI research and product company. Boost Run non-dilutive financing has topped $600 million in project deals closed year to date. As a result, the Company holds a fully funded runway through the fourth quarter of 2026. Moreover, it plans to scale operations significantly into 2027. Meanwhile, Boost Run keeps expanding its active colocation footprint with key partners. This move targets surging enterprise demand.

“Boost Run deployments are backed by multi-year customer contracts, which allows us to structure our project delivery against non-dilutive, shorter-term funding,” said Andrew Karos, Founder and CEO of Boost Run. “Each project’s financing is structured to be repaid well before its contract ends, and the duration of our contracts is increasing. Customer payments exceed our debt payments every month, and once debt is repaid, the remaining contract term generates significantly higher margins.”

Leading AI Innovators Choose Boost Run as Projects Deploy

In September, Boost Run added a new customer. The Company signed a five-year, $525.6 million AI cloud services agreement. The deal is with a leading provider of enterprise AI models and solutions. Under the agreement, Boost Run will deliver compute capacity powered by NVIDIA GPUs. It will also provide network storage and CPU node services.

Boost Run also delivered the first phase of a multi-phase project to a leading AI research and product company. Both sides signed those agreements in May 2026. The multi-year agreements cover the deployment of NVIDIA B300 GPUs across the Company’s data center facilities. They also include related network storage and CPU node services. Furthermore, several additional projects are in deployment. These projects should reach hand-off in the coming weeks. Therefore, they will expand Boost Run’s revenue base even further.

Boost Run offers a range of NVIDIA architectures on its platform. This range lets the Company serve a diverse customer base. Customers select Boost Run for its NVIDIA Preferred Cloud Partner status and NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud designation. Together, these recognitions give customers confidence. Their workloads will run on validated, high-performance infrastructure. Boost Run deploys and operates that infrastructure to NVIDIA’s standards.

Hardware, Colocation, and Financing Support Long-Term Value

Boost Run continues to expand its hardware acquisition. It works with primary original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) that can serve full project activities. The Company has adopted an integrated demand planning model. This model aligns customer requirements with supplier production and delivery schedules. Consequently, Boost Run gains timely access to new NVIDIA architectures, including GB300 and Vera Rubin. It also secures the additional hardware and software needed to meet growing customer demand. By planning demand jointly with suppliers, Boost Run can deploy capacity on a predictable timeline and cost base.

On the colocation front, Boost Run is expanding across multiple new sites. It is working with its existing data center partners. This expansion lets the Company deploy customer capacity quickly and on an advantaged basis. It also diversifies Boost Run’s geographic presence. The Company has extended its Minnesota presence. It expects total deployed colocation capacity to reach approximately 40 MW by the end of 2026.

On the financing side, Boost Run has closed more than $600 million across multiple projects year to date. Additional financing is proceeding as planned. The funding is project-based and non-dilutive. In other words, the Company raises it against specific multi-year customer-backed agreements. Customer prepayments and operating cash flow also support it. By financing growth at the project level, Boost Run can expand its fleet and capacity. At the same time, it builds long-term shareholder value. Boost Run non-dilutive financing will continue as the Company finalizes additional funding capacity. The Company expects that capacity to arrive as new deployments come online.

“We are building Boost Run for the long term,” added Mr. Karos. “Customer demand for compute remains strong, and we believe our focus on customers, hardware, colocation and financing positions us to capture it.”
