Delight.ai, the customer agent for enterprises powered by Sendbird, has appointed Nick Singh as Vice President of Product. Singh will lead product strategy and development at the company. Moreover, he will advance Delight’s agent capabilities and speed up product innovation. He will also help enterprise customers drive revenue growth.
Singh joins as the company moves beyond its customer messaging roots. Delight.ai now helps enterprises use customer AI agents to acquire, activate, support, and retain customers. The company builds on more than a decade of experience powering billions of customer conversations. As a result, it is developing AI agents that do more than resolve customer inquiries. These agents help businesses grow and protect revenue across the customer lifecycle. They drive purchases and upsells. They also recover stalled transactions.
“As enterprises look to adopt customer-facing AI agents to drive growth, we’re focused on building products that deliver real value across the customer lifecycle,” said John Kim, CEO and Co-Founder of Delight.ai. “Nick brings the experience and execution focus to translate that vision into products that solve real customer challenges. His leadership will be instrumental in bringing our AI capabilities together and building a platform that helps every enterprise to adopt customer AI agents to engage with their customers.”
Vice President of Product to Unify Delight.ai’s AI Agent Platform
In his new role, Singh will lead the core product organization at Delight.ai. He will oversee product vision, strategy, and development across the enterprise platform and AI agent capabilities. First, he plans to bring these capabilities together into one unified platform. Next, he will accelerate product innovation. Additionally, he will build AI agents that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Over the next year, Singh will advance the platform so enterprises can deploy AI agents across the customer lifecycle. This work covers lead qualification, onboarding, customer support, and retention. Throughout, revenue growth remains a central measure of success.
Nick Singh Brings Product Leadership Experience From Personio, Rippling, and Google
Singh brings more than a decade of experience in product leadership, growth, and business strategy. Most recently, he served as Head of Product at Personio, a European HR software company. Before that, he led growth and product development at Rippling. In addition, he spent more than five years at Google. There, he led product growth and strategy for Google One. He also held a strategy leadership role for Google’s advertising business.
“Enterprise AI is shifting the focus from software seats to business outcomes. When anyone can vibe code a point solution, value accrues to whoever holds the customer context and can act on it safely across every system involved,” said Singh. “That gets harder and more costly as more users, systems and parties need to coordinate. This is where Delight’s decade of enterprise experience, combined with its customer memory and governance capabilities, matters. That’s what drew me to Delight for its next chapter: building agents that deploy safely in complex environments and own outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.”
Overall, the appointment shows Delight.ai’s push toward AI-powered revenue growth. Consequently, the Vice President of Product role will sit at the center of that effort.
