Gong, the leading revenue AI company, announced Mission Callisto. The launch introduces Gong Enrich as its central new capability. Gong Enrich expands the Gong Revenue Graph with richer third-party account and contact data. The Gong Mission Callisto launch also brings Deep Mode to Gong Assistant. In addition, it delivers enhancements to Agent Builder and Gong Dashboards.
These capabilities work together to help revenue teams close data gaps and automate repeatable workflows. They also help teams make faster decisions with more business context. Additionally, new capabilities help organizations better measure revenue performance. Often, revenue decisions are based on data collected from previous customer interactions. Every interaction builds context for future decisions and actions. Every outcome can also change what a revenue team does next.
Therefore, Gong Enrich gives teams a broader view of accounts and contacts. It strengthens the foundation behind decisions across revenue operations. Meanwhile, other Mission Callisto innovations help teams convert that context into action. They also help teams measure the results of those actions.
“Every revenue decision is only as good as the context behind it,” said Eilon Reshef, Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder at Gong. “Gong Enrich makes sure that context doesn’t stop where the conversation ends — it automatically extends to every account and contact a team touches, and flows straight back into the Revenue Graph. Better context makes everything built on top of it better, too. Assistant gives sharper answers, agents act more reliably, and the numbers on a dashboard are ones you can actually trust. That’s the difference between AI working from the full picture versus AI guessing.”
Gong Enrich Expands Sales Data Across Revenue Workflows
Revenue teams now manage larger volumes of go-to-market data than ever. However, that information often remains divided across different providers. As a result, RevOps teams spend time combining information from multiple vendors. At the same time, sellers often research contacts and verify account records manually. This process can slow down prospecting and reduce workflow efficiency.
Gong Enrich addresses these challenges by expanding the Gong Revenue Graph. It adds third-party contact and account data directly to the platform. Customers can connect multiple supported data providers through Gong Enrich. They can also set the order in which Gong searches those providers. This approach allows businesses to use their existing providers and available credits first.
Gong can then use Gong Credits to fill in the remaining data gaps. It also may utilize data from a growing network of Gong Enrich Data Partners. The partner network includes Apollo, Findymail, Firmable, Kernel, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza, ZeroBounce and ZoomInfo. Gong makes the enriched information available directly in seller workflows. Reps can fill in missing contact info with one click. Custom Agents also give teams the ability to automate enrichment at scale.
Custom Agents can be configured by organizations to perform enrichment based on certain criteria. It cuts down on manual, repetitive tasks within revenue ops. The enriched data is integrated into Gong’s Revenue Graph and offers context to Gong’s Revenue AI capabilities. That means revenue teams can work with more account and contact data in their day-to-day workflows.
“Gong Enrich has been a game-changer for our inbound and outbound teams. Before, high bounce rates and outdated CRM data were dragging down our workflows,” said Erika Morris, Lead GTM Systems Analyst, Sprout Social. “Gong Enrich solved those data gaps instantly. The setup took minutes, and having accurate, verified contact data built right inside the platform has significantly increased our daily productivity. The results were instant within hours of turning it on.”
“Gong Enrich helps our reps connect with prospects by filling critical data gaps directly within their workflow. From a RevOps perspective, it gives us a low-risk way to evaluate enrichment partners before making broader investment decisions.” Jonathan Kilby-Phillips, Head of RevOps, Beacon.
Mission Callisto Adds New Revenue Automation Capabilities
Mission Callisto also introduces several updates across Gong’s revenue technology platform. These enhancements focus on automation, investigation, workflow execution, and performance measurement.
Agent Builder –
Agent Builder allows teams to create Custom Agents that respond automatically to defined events and conditions. As a result, teams can automate tasks that previously depended on people remembering to complete them.
Gong already allows teams to trigger Custom Agents manually when needed. Agent Builder now expands those capabilities through automated workflows. Teams can define triggers, conditions, and actions through a visual editor. Alternatively, users can describe the agent they want using natural language.
The platform also supports reusable skills. These skills allow organizations to capture internal expertise and apply it across multiple agents. Therefore, teams can turn established processes into repeatable automated workflows. This can help revenue organizations apply their best practices more consistently.
Gong Assistant –
Gong Assistant is also becoming a broader entry point into Gong’s capabilities. It now supports more than basic questions. Revenue teams can use it to investigate business information and build workflows. Gong Assistant introduces Deep Mode, which targets complex strategic questions. Previously, teams often needed to collect information from several systems manually.
They then had to connect different signals before reaching a conclusion. Deep Mode examines a broader range of business information and signals. As a result, it creates a grounded and comprehensive report. This capability can reduce the time teams spend on manual investigation. Gong Assistant is also embedded within Deal Boards and Account Boards. Leaders can therefore find answers without leaving their existing workflows.
They can compare deals and accounts within those environments. They can also ask follow-up questions and identify where intervention may be required. This reduces the need to move between individual records. It also limits the need to review every opportunity and account separately. In addition, Gong Assistant can create Gong Engage Flows from natural-language requests. This helps organizations turn successful practices from top-performing representatives into repeatable workflows. Teams can then make those Flows available to a broader group of users.
Gong Dashboards
Gong Dashboards are going beyond forecasting capabilities. The dashboards now span the larger revenue life cycle. This gives RevOps teams a central place to see how they’re performing across different parts of the business. Teams can monitor performance throughout the revenue journey, not just pipeline. Teams define metrics in Gong Data Studio once. These metrics can then be reused in different views of the dashboard.
Consequently, sales, marketing, and customer success teams can work from consistent numbers. This approach reduces the need to maintain separate reports for different departments. Gong Enrich, expanded Gong Dashboards, and Deep Mode are now generally available. Meanwhile, automatically triggered Custom Agents and other Gong Assistant enhancements are rolling out throughout this year.
