Keeper Security has announced two major leadership appointments. Jessica Krowel joins as Senior Vice President of North America Sales, Private Sector. Additionally, Bill Grabner steps in as Senior Vice President, Public Sector. Both leaders will report to Tim Strickland, Chief Revenue Officer. Furthermore, this move aims to scale Keeper’s go-to-market strategy. Notably, these appointments follow Gartner’s recognition of Keeper Security. The firm ranked as the second fastest-growing competitor globally. This ranking came from the Market Share Analysis: Security Software, Worldwide, 2025 report.
Krowel brings nearly 20 years of experience. She specializes in identity and access management leadership. Previously, she spent 14 years at CyberArk. There, she rose to Global Vice President of Inside Sales. She also served as Chief of Staff for the GTM organization. Most recently, she worked at Delinea as Vice President of Global Sales Development. Meanwhile, Grabner offers over two decades of federal sales expertise. He previously served at JMA Wireless as Senior Vice President. His background also includes leadership roles at Ribbon Communications, Cisco, and BroadSoft.
Driving Growth Across Key Markets
Both leaders will scale Keeper’s teams across essential regions. Consequently, they will address demand from midmarket clients. They will also target large enterprises and federal organizations. Last year, Keeper’s revenue grew by 53.4%. This growth rate exceeded the security software market average significantly. The overall market average stood at just 15.5%. As a result, Keeper ranked second only to Google in Gartner’s analysis. Meanwhile, the global security software market reached $111 billion. Gartner attributed this growth to platform consolidation trends.
“The cybersecurity market is seeing an unprecedented inflection point with the advent and widespread adoption of AI technologies,” said Tim Strickland, Chief Revenue Officer of Keeper Security. “With Jessica and Bill onboard, Keeper is poised to continue accelerating its rocketing growth as organisations seek identity security solutions that harness the power of AI to protect against existing human risks and emerging agentic AI threats.”
Unified Identity Security Platform
Keeper’s platform combines password and passkey management effectively. It also includes privileged session management and secrets management. Additionally, endpoint privilege management operates within a zero-knowledge architecture. The platform features KeeperAI®, enabling real-time threat detection. Therefore, both new leaders will drive broader platform adoption. Organizations increasingly consolidate fragmented identity tools onto single solutions.
Keeper’s 2026 research reveals significant market gaps. Only 36% of organizations have fully deployed privileged access management. Meanwhile, 64% still lack consolidated access governance entirely.
“Identity has become the centre of enterprise risk and governance given that human and non-human identities are proliferating faster than most organisations can secure and manage them,” said Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security. “We are thrilled to have Jessica and Bill on our team given their superb knowledge and expertise in helping organisations secure and govern all identities in the modern era.”
